One-time projects (Audit, Creative Sprint). If you cancel before kickoff, you receive a full refund. After kickoff, we refund the part of the fee that covers work not yet delivered, based on the milestones in the written scope.
Missed delivery dates. If we miss an agreed delivery date by more than 5 business days for reasons on our side, you may cancel and receive a refund for the undelivered work.
Monthly management. You can cancel with 30 days written notice. Months that have already started are not refunded, unless we failed to deliver the agreed work. In that case we correct the work or credit the difference.
How to request a refund. Email us at vaticgroupbusiness@gmail.com with your invoice number. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
